By browsing and deploying calculations through the GeoCorpus web properties, you agree to comply with these terms of service. If you do not accept these operational parameters, you must stop using the platform's tools immediately.

Use of Public Web Tools & Educational Assets

All application engines, geometric models, code blocks, and educational resources provided here are intended for informative purposes. You may use our calculators for personal planning, scientific research, or basic real estate estimation workflows. However, you may not systematically scrape or download our application models without our written permission.

Future SaaS Scale-up

GeoCorpus reserves the right to modify its tool availability models at any time. While our core calculators are currently free to use, we may introduce paid premium tiers, commercial API tracking, or advanced cloud storage services in future platform updates.

Acceptable System Use Policy

You agree not to use the platform in any way that could damage, disable, or overburden our hosting networks. You are strictly prohibited from attempting to inject malicious code into our forms or trying to disrupt our system architecture.

Limitation of Mathematical Liability

GeoCorpus calculation engines use standard regional tracking rules and verified geographic formulas. However, we cannot guarantee absolute accuracy across all real-world land plots. Variations in local survey methods or mapping shifts can create slight differences in results. All calculation data is provided "as-is" without formal legal warranties. And thus GeoCorpus, its founder Siam Bhuiyan, and its advisor Omar Nazrul are not liable for any financial losses or legal issues that result from using these tools. Users should independently verify all critical measurements before making major property or engineering decisions.
